A teenage girl and her little brother go to live to an island with their cripple aunt

The girl is in to classic dance as was her aunt, who was about to be a prima ballerina when she felt down the stairs. Now she is a dance teacher. In the end on the book, the aunt will push the girl down the stairs to repeat the history.
I read this book when I was a teenager and I remember it scared the hell out of me, but I forget the name and I cannot find it.

I read it in Spanish, but it was a traslation of an english paper book. It was around 1995. It is an adult book, I dont remember sex in it, but the language was not of a children book.
