Chris Orlet (psota) | 6 comments Does anybody else think it is silly that self-published authors who create their own covers cannot update their own book's covers? I updated mine within a few hours of publishing, and everyone has purchased the new cover, but the old stinky cover remains on the Goodreads page.

Philip (burnnerman) | 5913 comments This does not belong in this thread, and it is GR policy that all covers that have been released (even if nobody bought it) are to stay on the site. If you want your new cover a new edition will need to be created, which you can then set as your default edition.

If you want to debate Goodreads policies about this you could do it in Feedback or the Goodreads authors group. Be aware the discussion is likely to be robust!

As was mentioned, this group is not the appropriate place for this. Closing thread.
