It's not a great image, as the book is faded and I'm nothing near a professional photographer, but I did my best to catch the details. If anyone would like to add this cover, that would be much appreciated.

Added it and its ASIN removed (ASIN should be used for Kindle and Audible editions only).

It's far better image than the ones I would have managed to take :)
