FEBRUARY CHALLENGE - SPELL IT OUT FOR LOVE

Each year on February 14th, many people exchange cards, chocolate, gifts or flowers with the special person in their life. Valentine’s Day is named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century, but has origins far older than that in History.

 photo 4466233c-f961-444c-b794-105039428c1e_zpsqikjbvqg.jpg

So to celebrate a centuries old tradition the mods are thinking love this month, and the item that many of us love are books – and reading.

So for February we will have a love themed Spell-It-Out. Listed below are some love-themed words. Pick as many as you want and spell out the word using the first letter from book titles, or the initial of an author’s first or last name.

Remember you can exclude the words "The", "A" and "An" in the title if you wish.

Example
K - Kakadu Sunset by Annie Seaton (Aussie Author)
I - I Heart New York by Lindsey Kelk
S - A Monstrous Place by Matthew Stott
S - Murder Most Unladylike by Robin Stevens

How much to read? Minimum of 4:
4-6 books read - Easy – must have at least 1 Australian Author
7-9 books read - Moderate – must have at least 2 Australian Authors
Over 10 books read - Difficult – Must have at least 3 Australian Authors

Of course the usual rules apply - full guidelines here

Find them here

4 to 6 book words
Eros
Kiss
Hugs
Cupid
Lover
Adore
Couple
Ardour
Caress

7 to 9 book words
Wedding
Romance
Flowers
Devotion
Pleasure
snookums
Chocolate
Aphrodite
Valentine

10-book words
Engagement
Sweetheart
Tenderness
Friendship

HAPPY READING
