I had this problem before, but I don't remember how to resolve it. The paperback version is on Amazon but how does it show up on Goodreads again? I can't combine it because it's not on here yet.

You can just add it by clicking on "add a new edition" on the kindle page (author will be correct than because it's taken automatically)
You let us know and we add it.Done, and I also created the series.
