Tricia Nociti Palm Trees in the Snow: A Novel

This is not a true review, because I had to quit reading. I consider this more of a warning against the Kindle edition. The editing is HORRIBLE. There are duplicate pages, duplicate paragraphs, missing content (pages? paragraphs? who knows).

In addition, I was not enjoying the content I could get through. I think the translation was stilted and I hate to judge the author too much because I'm not sure if the writing was not good (in my opinion) or if it was truly just lost in translation. Plot line was "meh". A LOT of build up on a plot that seemed pretty predictable and formulaic ie slavery is bad and thwarted love.

I really hope you borrowed this from the library and didn't actually have to pay for this terribly edited version UGH. What lead you to give it a try? I've not heard of it before.
