If you are referring to the “official URL” associated with a book page, do note the following restrictions (from the Librarian Manual):
“Fan sites, libraries, Amazon book pages, WorldCat, Library of Congress, reviews, book sellers, Wiki pages or other such pages should NOT be listed.”

Furthermore, links to external sites may not be included in book descriptions.
