Michael Singer takes you deep into your thinking, and helps you see that you do not need to think as you do, it is all about what you do with your mind. This book is deep and I am on my third reading. Where my book entitled "YOU Working With YOU" takes a snap shot of challenges we face, Michael goes deep. The question is, are you ready to go deep or just stay on the surface, getting thrown about by the waves of life? Remember to help others to read, "Those who do not read are no better off than those who cannot read.

I did finish reading this book but I did struggle with it. It is not tuned to my mindset. There are some interesting concepts, like quieting the voice in your head that constantly narrates the world (quite hard to do, too). However, having read a few other books, such as The Courage to be Disliked, I will give this book another read.

Try the Beauty of Discomfort by Amanda Lang or Find Your Way by Simon Sinek. The journey through life has many sign posts, but ... we only see them if we look. Namaste
