SOLVED. Still looking for a book where the girl get hit by car in the parking lot of a store - MC (motorcycle club) romance? [s]

Ok the last time i posted this i had details from more then one book again sorry for that but I'm still looking for this one book.

Two girls and a baby are at the store they walk out to the car. One girl stops in the middle of the parking lot to look for her keys to the car, out of no where she here the other girl scream she looks up to see why but it is to late to react and the gets it by a car that i think may have ran into a pole or something after. The girl loses Consciousness as she hears her her baby screaming and crying for his momma. The other girl calls the girls man to tell him that she was hit by a car, the girl later awakens in the hospital and is told that she was hit by a car and the it was the ex girlfriend of the guy or someone that wanted to be with the guy (i think her name was Monica maybe). She was also told the after she was hit the girl had lost control of the car an ran in to a pole or something and that other people apprehended her til the cops got there and that she was in jail (not sure about the last part but i think that is how it happened).
If anyone can help I would appreciate it I've been looking for this book for any while and would really love to read it again. Thanks

Sheila, does this scene happen at the beginning of the book? Is the baby okay after the accident?

What's the genre - contemporary romance, romantic suspense, mystery/thriller, etc.?

Is this book for older adults or young adults (teens)?

Can you tell us more about the main characters - their jobs, hobbies/skills, family/friends, how they met, etc.?

No it happened either the middle or close to the end. The other girl was holding the baby when the other girl got hit by the car.

I know it was a romance for older adults. It had adult contents.

I think the H may have been the president or vice president of a MC. The girl was either the sister of the H or maybe the h or an old lady of another MC member because she is the one that calls the H. An I can't remember much about the h. I hope all this helps.
