I have gotten some good books and i tried to give some good books but my person never claimed the first two books i sent so i haven't sent any more

I don't know if all of mine are claimed, ARe doesn't notify me :( But I get a feeling some people are away (maybe?) and some just... um... absent-minded? :)
So every time I give, I don't know if the person is going to post here or claim. But I guess they signed up for Elfster 2016 and they do have an ARe account, so at some point in time they will get their gift and they will have a little bit of Christmas then :D

It's weird when people don't post here because it's so much fun (and more wishlisting!) and the group is really only active from end of October and is dead January 2 (I think that was the date of the last post for last year's exchange).

Now I am worried - did I send a wrong book? Was there a glitch and it didn't go through? Did I send it to a wrong person?

Thank you for your gifts, but unfortunately I already own all three books.

I asked ARe if I could exchange the books for store credit but ARe told me that "gifted books cannot be exchanged either for other books or for credit. The only option is to return them to the account of the person who gifted them to you."

I cannot gift these to someone else (another ARe rule), so I have asked ARe to return these books to the unknown gifter. Hopefully this Secret Elf can enjoy them or gift them to another reader. Thank you.
