Jimmy Cox Take a look at yourself See whether you may take into account what you ate for dinner the day prior to this, then a week ago, then a month ago. lon Z do not restriction yourself to food. Use events and names and records and figures. some thing with a purpose to reason your mind to delve deep to find the answer. don't beat your self up in case you cannot instantly don't forget the whole lot. simply go together with it and begin improving your memory power.
