This is the 2nd book in the Jack Daniels crime series. All the books are named after an alcoholic beverage (the first being named Whiskey Sour), so I used this for the "food/drink" prompt.

This book was even better than the first in the series. I highly recommend this series. It has a kick-ass female lead, but one that is a normal female who had a loving upbringing. (There are too many detectives with damaged psyches out there.)
