Ed,

The way Goodreads does it is to match the author name on the cover first and then add any pen names or other names. I have left Edward Cooke as a contributor and added Ed Cooke so it links to your profile.

I realize there are no author names on the cover itself, but you are listed in the TOC as Edward Cooke so I don't think it can be removed in this case.
