Tracy Thiede | 3 comments I read this book back in the early 90's. A man works for some kind of financial co/wallstreet. His wife has late stage Parkinsons. He is arrested because of his workings at this company. The FBI (I think) gives him a deal if he can get them dirt inside the company.
There is a lot of time dealing with his sick wife.
I thought this was a Steve Martini book but I can't find it under him.

Tracy, what's the genre or tone - mystery, thriller, adventure, gritty crime, somber, dark, etc.?

Is he being framed for the crime?

Does his wife definitely have Parkinson's or possibly cancer/etc.?

Tracy Thiede | 3 comments Hi Kris, I believe it's a lawyer/crime mystery.
The wife definitely has Parkinsons. There is much time talking about her care and deterioration.

A guess - Personal Injuries by Scott Turow? The lawyer's wife has ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease.

(Google search - site:www.goodreads.com crime wife financial company arrested fbi "a deal")
