Kasi Blake (kcblake) | 6 comments I don't understand this because the book that was published by a publisher instead of self-published has the new cover showing. But the ones I did on my own still have the old, crappy covers. I paid to have the new ones made. Can we please get them up there instead? Do I need to give you links or anything?

Arenda | 19979 comments Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have.
Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition.

When you need help creating new editions, please add a link to the book on Goodreads, and a link to the new cover (you can use Amazon).

Paula (paulaan) | 7027 comments Old covers are not changed on GR. New editions should be added

If new editons are published under a new name then the primary author name should be the first name the book was published under. The new name is placed in the second author position.

Not having the same author name in the primary position causes a number of issues not just incorrect calculation and display of ratings.

Have you set the default editions? if not follow instructions in msg 4 of the link below
