Contemp. Romance- 2nd in series, hero moves to Chicago for work, heroine has miscarriage

Book is 2nd in a series. In the first book the couple from the 2nd book get together in a cheating situation. Now in their own book the H leaves for Chicago for work, h doesn't want to go. h finds out she's pregnant and goes to tell him but he's already hooking up with someone. She ends up having a miscarriage. H ends up coming home for the wedding of the couple from book 1. Brings boss' daughter who announces that they're pregnant (they're not). I think the h has an Italian name. Also, the brother of the H from book 1 is a comfort to the h from book 2.
