Combine two profiles of the same author (name in different languages)

Need to combine these two profiles මේජර් ජෙනරල් කමල් ගුණරත්න and Kamal Gunaratne which is the same person, only the first name is in Sinhalese and second is in English.

How do I do that?

You don't

If books are available in both languages then both profiles stay, the Roman name needs to be in the primary author position on all editions. The other name is added as secondary on the approximate editions
