It was late in the day and Nicolas had not projected himself for that long before spotting a coffee shop. It was the only thing he could do. Ever since he was little, was always going in and out of the hospital until his mother was told to keep him in his room. No one aloud to see him unless it was the monthly or weekly check up. His eyes closed as his healthy projection roamed the streets. He paused in front of the shop before opening the door and glancing over the menu above the cash registers. The one nice thing about projecting is the fact that he is able to digest food. Also he is able to interact with people beside his doctor and mother.

Nicolas sighed as he was not even sure what he should try. His eyes glanced over the menu before feeling like he was being watched. It was not until he glanced around and found some one was watching; his eyes quickly met with hers and then randomly picked a small decaf half and half. He felt his pockets as he felt for his wallet that his mother gave him just in case he got better, but now he was using when he projected. He paid and waited for his coffee; he took his order and found a seat behind the girl he had met eyes with only a few minutes later.
