From the reading I have done ( https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) the LoC entry is used when there is uncertainty and titles are allowed when necessary to avoid confusion, or part of a recognized pen name.I'm not familiar with this author's works, but it seems like she was published first as "Anne, Countess of Winchilsea": http://digital.library.upenn.edu/wome... and therefore (imho) the profile can stay as it is.
And then there is this profile: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...It's really not clear how to handle these names.
In Post #1, it appears she published as Anne, Countess of Winchilsea
In the Librarian manual, there is direction for these.

I realize this is for the sorting/display fields, but we can easily deduce the information for how the profile should appear. In any case, I believe the author in Post #1 never published as we are presenting the profile.

But that was a case where the version with the title is the only one on books. This author has various versions on book covers, so I think Anne Kingsmill Finch, Countess of Winchilsea (as currently listed) actually is the best option.
There has been editing of this profile, but I think perhaps we don't yet have it according to GR standards.
