SOLVED. Book where a woman buys a house she saw as a child and then starts seeing her past life

I read a book in sprin-ish of 2016 and for the life of me can't remember the name!

It starts with a girl and her brother in a car and they see a house and she is instantly drawn to it and says she will buy it.

As an adult she is an illustrator and living in London. Fast forward she ends up buying the house from her childhood. Her brother is a vicar in the near by village.

As she moves into the house and meets the locals she starts to see visions and soon realizes it's her past life in the village and in this house.
