This game have simple rules. Here's the example:
First Player: I wish to have a motorbike.
Second Player: Granted, but there is no handle so you cannot control it. I wish to fly.
Third Player: Granted, but you loose control when you fly, so it's not useful. I wish....(and so on)

See, it's that simple. You've only got to Ruin A Wish. I'll start:

I wish to get endless pizza's.
