How to look at 'Quality' from QE?

Absence of quality can never be missed in any thing but presence is seldom noticed. It's intangible excellence area that seem invisible but makes difference to a thing. This 'making difference' builds a belief system and converts as a culture by setting a benchmark for others to follow.
Quality is more noticed after problems occur, Making any product with best quality requires knowledge, process and mitigating risks early
Quality is not just finding issues always ... its about find issues early, its about breaking the product then making it .. And its not just software everything you do (Prepare food, wash clothes) has a quality tagged with it.
Interesting question. Quality is more to do with satisfaction on usage for the possible desired end result.
