Book Issues and Combine please

This book was removed from all book sites. The author is going to be re-releasing and put the newer version on Goodreads however not sure if we can combine the old? or what we need to do ?? If you can combine but keep newer information that would be GREAT !!!

When books are combined the review is on all editions and this is not the case with this book :(

That is a caching issue. Ratings and reviews have been slow to update of late.
