Put your overall impressions of this book here. Did you think they were award-winning material?

Ann (annrumsey) | 466 comments I did think each story had award winning qualities, short but full of depth and memorable creepiness!

Debbie I wasn't sure if I would read this book but it came in from the library and when I saw how short it was I decided to give it a try. Stephen King is not just a great writer. He knows how to pick a great writer. The stories are so good. They are old-fashioned creepy! My favorite story is The Unpicking.

Ann (annrumsey) | 466 comments Debbie: I agree that The Unpicking will be hard to impossible to forget.
They are all good!

message 5: by Kandice (new)

Kandice One of my favorite quotes of King's is that "If you don't have time to read, you don't have time to write."

I think his editing abilities speak volumes to this idea.

Larissa | 270 comments Decent, quick reads for those looking for a little shiver. I read them in daylight, which probably blunted their effect a tad, but I'd recommend reading one per night before bed.
