This is a M/M romance book that I read in the last year or so.

Its about childhood friends who are both werewolves. One of them (A) realises the other (B) is his mate, but B for some reason is denying/doesn't realise. At some point B goes on these trips and has sex with others but this physically causes A pain. A's family rally around him and he has really protective brothers... That's about all I can remember plot wise.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of this book and really want to read it again!
