Need a Book Cover and Author Update Please!

You'll see on the bottom of the listing it shows another edition, there should be a book cover showing that does not have J.L. Witt on listed as one of the authors. The new cover without J.L. Witt was just uploaded today. That is the new book cover we need to replace the book cover above. The above cover is old and inaccurate. If someone could help us out ASAP, as soon as the new cover is showing, we would be eternally grateful. It's just gone on sale and all proceeds are for domestic violence victims...we want to be careful that cover confusion doesn't steer readers away.

Did any copies go out with the old cover? This would include Advanced Reader Copies, whether print or electronic.
