Loki smiled and said, "I was trying to help."
(What else should they do?)
Loki grinned, his bad day was turning into a good day.
Loki grinned, his bad day was turning into a good day.
( um, maybe one of them could accidentally say something about a crush or something and it gets all awkward because the other person thinks it's them...)Elizabeth smiled, she turned and poked his cheek with a wink, she then went on to look at books.
Loki blushed a little and quickly grabbed the 'Romeo and Juliet' book to hide his blush. He had a crush on Elizabeth. A big crush on her. "I have a crush on...you..." Loki said, blushing more.
Elizabeth stopped her tracks, she blushed a deep red and turned to Loki, " Uh...what?" Elizabeth asked.
Loki, lowering the book down, revealing his deep red blush, "I have a crush on you." Loki repeated.
Loki was now speechless, blushing more. It was true. He had a huge crush on Elizabeth.
Elizabeth bit her lip, " Uh....I'm going to go find Frigga," Elizabeth said and she ran out of the library and into the hallway, she frantically tried to find Frigga.
Loki felt abandoned, wanting to hit his forehead on the wall while insulting himself. "Did I say something wrong?" Loki asked himself as tears wailed up on his Emerald green eyes.
Elizabeth felt something, she frowned, she had to talk to Frigga first, she finally found the All Mother, " Frigga I need help with a small problem," Elizabeth murmured, " Well it's not really a problem," Elizabeth mumbled
"What can I help you with?" Frigga asked, concerned.
Loki sat on the library rug, staring at the books, trying so hard not to cry. He couldn't. Crying is for the weak. Not for tough men.

" Uh....you know how I cause pain and misery everywhere I go? and how hard it is for me to find love?" Elizabeth asked softly,
"Hard for some creatures. Like Loki, for instance, he felt hated for awhile. He needs someone with him who he loves and trusts." Frigga replied.
" But....what about me, I hurt everyone no matter where I go," Elizabeth murmured, " Loki confessed he likes me just a few moments ago and I'm afraid to confess that I like him too," Elizabeth said.
"If you love him, then tell him. I don't want Loki to feel rejected. He has been rejected before..." Frigga said, not sure how to explain why Loki has a habit of trying to stab people with blades. Maybe Elizabeth and Loki could figure something out.
"You can start off slow and go from there." Frigga replied.
Frigga hugged Elizabeth. "You're welcome." Frigga said.
Elizabeth let Frigga go and went to the library, she carefully entered and found Loki on the floor, she frowned, she took a deep breath and came over, sitting next to him, she made him look up at her. " Hey don't cry, I'm sorry I ran out, I got a little scared," Elizabeth murmured softly as she looked into his eyes.
Loki looked at Elizabeth in the eyes. "Please, don't go. Please." Loki plead, wanting Elizabeth to stay with him. He didn't like to be alone all the time. Just sometimes. "I do love you." Loki said.
Elizabeth brushed her thumb against his cheek, she leaned forward and kissed his cheek, " I'll stay Loki, I never intended to leave you, I love you too much," Elizabeth murmured.
Loki managed to smile and gently kissed her cheek. "Thank you, Elizabeth. I'll never leave you and you'll never leave me." Loki said softly.
Elizabeth nodded, she then smiled, " Would you like me to read to you my favorite book?" Elizabeth asked.
"Yes, please. I love story time." Loki replied, remembering his childhood story time with Frigga. He enjoyed every story that was told. From folk tales to mysteries. Anything that keeps his mind happy.
Elizabeth giggled and stood up, she went over to the fantasy section and pulled out a book about Greek gods, " It's called Percy Jackson, some mortal wrote it," Elizabeth said as she came back over to Loki, she sat down next to him and then shifted so that her head rested in his lap as she read.
Loki has never heard of mortal myths, but he was willing to listen to a fantasy story. He can imagine the scenes as Elizabeth read the story.
Elizabeth didn't exactly enjoy the story, but it was amongst her favorites, she occasionally looked up at Loki as she read.
Loki smiled. He was enjoying this story, though it was confusing at first, but he was understanding it well.
Elizabeth loved reading out loud, especially to other people, she often read to Thor and his friends when they had free time, but this was more enjoyable.
Loki never interrupted during the whole story time. He kept quiet until it was over.
Loki looked at the window and groaned. "No. Not bed time." Loki whined quietly. He didn't like stop doing things at night.
Elizabeth smiled, " I could read you another book if you'd like, but after that I need my sleep," Elizabeth said.
"Fine." Loki said. He knows that everyone needs their sleep, but he was a night person.
Loki chose a Shakespeare book called 'Romeo and Juliet'.
Elizabeth looked at what he chose, and smiled, " Romance, Romeo and Juliet the mortals favorite romance novel," Elizabeth murmured.
"It's a fictional romance." Loki replied.
Loki listened to the story and the beautiful voice of Elizabeth reading to him.
Loki was dozing off and on, but he wanted to hear more of the story.
Loki continued to listen to her read. Even if he was dozing off.
Elizabeth noticed he kept dozing off, " I'll finish in the morning, we both need sleep," Elizabeth said softly.
Loki nodded, "Yeah. We should sleep."
