The point of a group is to get other people involved. If most people want one thing, it's logical to think over it and see if there's a way to work it in if it makes sense. So you ask the people in the group. You see what they think. You don't just shove it in without asking them, and you don't just completely shut down a poll asking them what they think.

Both of you are being completely impossible and blowing up at each other over every tiny little thing and I'm fed up with all of it. Mage made a suggestion. We should at least listen to it. Ilsa doesn't agree, so we should see why.

The argument is over something that literally MAKES NO SENSE. All Mage does is offer up ideas that MAKE NO SENSE and try to pass them off as clever!
I'm so ticked off that I want to leave, except Maska is on for the first time in years and I want to role play with my friend.

Ilsa, you just said it. It's just a small part of her original idea. She liked the idea she came up with and brought it all the way down to this because you argued against it.
Mage, I ship you and seer hardcore but not everything can be done because of personal connections to someone. But again, this is such a small part of the original idea why does it matter?

I've really resented you recently because it feels like you don't care that this group is really important to me. I've been so mad because when I try to say why something is important, you tell me that it isn't and try to force your changes in my face.
You know what, if it solves anything, I'll edit all the threads you guys want to your satisfaction, then I'll step down as mod. You guys are really close friends, and I'm not in on that. No matter what I say, I'll always be the bad guy, because, "Why, exactly, does what I say matter? Why should I care about the things I care about? It makes no sense for me to be emotionally invested in this group."
And you know what, I'd rather enjoy the group than have someone argue with me because they see I'm upset over an issue, just to get a rise out of me.

Epsilon has been changed for all the alterations you pushed for. They're not born that way, and not even mostly female.
Neither of us is trying to make it militarian. But as it is, it is somewhat like college dorms already. All sentinels in one building, hunters in another, etc. All that I agreed to was that we combine the hunters and sentinels into one building. But I'd rather keep you than combine them, no question

I don't want to stay a mod. Being a mod means that every time there's an issue, I have to fight tooth and nail to try to keep the integrity of the group intact. I'd much rather roleplay with my friends than fight.

and that honestly sounds more like a you problem
that wasn't my argument either, my argument was that it seems like it divides the pack and that the building of so many houses just seems a little redundant to me
and in the end i proposed a housing folder and i was discussing that with KT
the whole argument stemmed from when you mentioned epsilons being impractical, and it continued from there, even though we'd both agreed on individual room folder, which i still think is perfectly valid

You compromised, but only after you fought tooth and nail instead of logically. I constantly needed to repeat myself and clarify the basics of how the group even works. I don't get it, really, how you can speak with such authority about how things should be when you didn't even know the town was on the island. You're newer than most of the normal members of this group. I find it very, very difficult to accept your ideas, especially when you don't say, "Okay, what don't you like?" You say that I should like your ideas and that I shouldn't disagree at all. We're supposed to work together and I feel that I can't work alongside you at all.
This group has been my retreat, my escape, my fun, my home for years. I'd rather not ruin my own experience with my friends by bickering constantly with you. so yeah. I'll edit whatever the hell you guys want into the topic threads, you know, seeing as I made all of them. Then I'll drop out of being a mod. And it will be the best decision I'll have made in this group.

Then you convinced them to vote in your favor, regardless on if they understood what was going on or not.
That's the heart of cheating the system, Mage. The poll is meant for people who know what's going on and are informed, who are engaged and want to see the group change for the better. You don't just invite people to try to get more tick marks on your side.

I like how it looks because there is so much individuality and choice. Lumping topics together just gets rid of the individuality of the role. It makes Hunters and Sentinels less important, like they don't deserve to stand alone. It cramps them together. It deletes current roleplays. I've said this over and over, but you still say that it wouldn't be that inconvenient. You still haven't said WHY we should lump them together.

in all honesty it kind of just seems like youre trying to go out of your way to find every little thing to use to attack me. notice that i havent attacked you, ive been defending myself

i didnt realize we were having an argument until someone pointed it out, i thought this was a dispute between two mods trying to prove a point and compromise on one mutual decision.
