In high school, did you read this book for pleasure or was it required? Required for my advanced English class. I slogged through it then and now. I had hoped with time my view of it changed. But no. Now I'm depressed and in need of a new book to read.

In high school, did you read this book for pleasure or as required reading? I'm pretty sure I read it for class -- I wasn't much into sci-fi or fantasy at the time, so I can't imagine having picked it up myself.
