Philip (burnnerman) | 5913 comments As a rule with does not get capitalized. Depends on what Title Capitalization guidelines you follow, but for the most part on GR it does not get capitalized. Same as words like "the, for, as, a, etc..."

Halvor (Raknes) | 4770 comments How about going with the spelling of the author/publisher? It's pretty unambiguously spelled with a capital 'W' on the book cover. That aside, I'm aware of general rules for spelling book titles in English.

lethe | 14569 comments We also don't capitalize whole titles, although you often see that on covers.

Halvor (Raknes) | 4770 comments True, but the spelling with a capital 'W' is consistent with the colophon and the publisher's description on the back cover.

Krazykiwi | 1767 comments But it's not consistent with the standard rules of English or GR normalisation policies.
