I know there's no good reason for it, but I just don't like lending my books to anyone, family or friends. I'll do it, but almost as soon as I lend a book I want to ask for it back.

Seema M. Fazil (brotherlyloveisbeautiful) | 44 comments I so agree! I know that feeling. Every time I lend one of my favourite books to my sister, I want to ask for it back. Like, idk! For some reason, every time someone asks to read one of my favourite books, I feel as if I've been punched on my gut, idk y. I know, weird. Like, I'm afraid they might bend the cover or dog ear the pages or something. Idk! I just like my books to be in New condition.
