Natalia cared for Alexei and put him down for his nap. She let him sleep for a bit, then went into the room to give him his meds. "Hon." She said softly, sitting beside him on the bed.
Elian shifted a little, "hmm?" He said.
"Time to take your pills." She rubbed his back. "I'm sorry for waking you."
Elian nodded, "it's okay," he said sleepily. He rubbed his eyes and sat up. His hangover was much better, but still there.
She took two of his pills, holding them out to him, along with a glass of water. "Are you feeling okay?"
"Define okay," he said, taking his pills. He swallowed the pills down with some water.
"Well enough to get yourself into the shower. You smell like the bar." She said:
He nodded and moved his feet to the floor. He stood up and walked to the bathroom.
"No, thank you," he said and went into the toilet. He waited and listened for her foot steps.
She sighed and nodded, fixing the bed before leaving the room.
He grabbed a tissue to his mouth and let the pills out from under his tongue.
((That little shit lol))Natalia prepared some lunch for them.
((Lol))He threw them in the bin before he got ready for his shower.
Once lunch was done, she brought their plates to the living room.
When he was done, he threw some sweatpants and a tank top on then went downstairs. He took a seat at the table quietly.
Natalia smiled at him. "I made some chicken sandwiches." She put his plate in front of him.
"Thanks," he said and picked one up, starting to up.
She kissed the top of his head and sat down at her spot to eat.
He stared down at the plate, feeling more than a little guilty.
Natalia looked at him while she ate. "Have you asked about a funeral?" She asked softly.
He shook his head, "I didn't call her father."
He nodded quietly starting to pick at his sandwich.
"Maybe we can attend the funeral." She said
She nodded and went back to eating.
He sighed softly, wanting some kind of drink. Of course, he couldn't have some but he still wanted to.
Natalia finished eating and took her plate to the sink.
When he was done, he stood and went to wash his own dish.
She came up behind him and gently hugged him.
He glanced back at her before rinsing the soap off the plates.
"Hey." She said softly, balancing her chin on his shoulder.
"Hi," he responded, setting the plates to the side to dry. He then washed his hands and turned the faucet off.
She sighed softly and pulled away, turning from the kitchen.
He sighed and caught her hand. He pulled her back to him and buried his face in her neck.
She gasped softly in surprise, but then held him, lightly rubbing his back. "I love you." She said softly.
"I love you, too," he said, leaning back against the sink as he held her.
She pulled away a little to look at his face. She rubbed his cheek gently, and pecked his lips.
"What do you mean?" She asked softly.
"I relapsed and now I can't stop thinking about alcohol," he mumbled. "I fucked up."
"Oh sweetheart." She frowned, cupping his face in her hands. "It's okay..it'll pass, I promise.",
He sighed and nodded, "at least I didn't get to see Dan." He mumbled.
She pulled away quickly. "W-what?" Her face fell.
"I didn't—thats what I meant," he said quickly.
"You wanted buy drugs?" She stepped away, her eyes gathering with tears.
