I wonder why they wiped Marge's memory, but not the rest of the family.
I love how Fudge is alright with breaking the rules in regards to his underage magic, but when it comes to signing a permission slip it's back to doing everything by the book. lol

Right...I hadn't thought of that... Maybe because the Dursleys already know the truth about Harry so it's unecessary...

I remember the first time I read the book I kept wondering why Fudge was so lenient with Harry. It still bothers me that people with some sort of authority choose to bend the rules whenever they feel like it. At least in this case Harry is the one who is favoured.
