Added without cover. Please see this list for acceptable sources.

Codex | 3400 comments This cover image from AbeBooks should be acceptable: http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/BookD... .

It’s the same as the cover indicated in #1, and is also the same publisher (Sirius) indicated in #2.

(I see the publisher populated in the created GR book page is “The book Service”—from Amazon . . . ?)

Yeah, I took the details from Amazon as posts #1 and #2 only had links when I added the book. Seems like #2 was edited later :)

Codex | 3400 comments So . . . do we leave the publisher as is (with no cover); or do we change the publisher to Sirius and use the AbeBooks cover image?

fourtriplezed (4triplezed) | 64 comments It is a cover that is missing from an obscure book and we have all types of issues because of what????

The "issues" are because we have to make sure we add the cover and info to the correct edition. Once a cover has been added, it's very difficult, not to say impossible, to remove it again.

I added the cover from AbeBooks and corrected the info according to Worldcat: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
