Some of you may be aware of an annual event I hold on my blog every November, called Sci-Fi Month. Even though it's ages away, I tend to start thinking about it in the summer. And this time, I've come up with an exciting idea - and I need YOUR help! :)

Please go to this survey and let me know your top 5 sci-fi novels released in 2016, in order.

This group is obviously the perfect place to ask for such opinions ;) All will be revealed in November, but I'm putting this together now because I think it will take quite a bit of work to get all the answers and compile them.

If i could pick fantasy books it would be easy. I've only read 6 scifi books published this year.

Took me a minute to realize why you would need to ask for a friend, how they heck did I not realize what Mark Lawrence is on our bookgroup. Have I been under a rock?

I think i've read like one sci-fi book that was released this year and that was Morning Star, I enjoyed so I guess I put that one in there...

Can I vote for Morning Star even though I haven't read it yet? :P There is no doubt in my mind that it will be good.

I read far less sci-fi than I do fantasy so there is little to no chance that I will get to 5 sci fi books released in 2016 this year.

I will second morning star, and also say that I really enjoyed Skullcrack City by Robert Jeremy Johnson but it was published in 2015 so that won't help.

You can nominate less than 5 books if you wish :)
