Linda Grobman (lindagrobman) | 1 comments Hi! There is a new book out on self-care for social workers. It is The A-To-Z Self-Care Handbook for Social Workers and Other Helping Professionals

This book is a quick read and uses an a-to-z format to present different strstegies for self-care. It also has a self-care planning form in the back. I would love to hear your feedback. (Full disclosure: I am the publisher of this and other social work books, as well as The New SocialWorker magazine.)
