Amazon has moved the reviews from S+S to PK, and she would like it also moved over on Goodreads. Thanks,

Combined all editions of "Simmer and Smoke" and "The Promise Kitchen" and added "Simmer and Smoke" as the original title.

Combining them makes the reviews show on each edition.
