Have any ARC's gone out with the existing cover?

No. The final cover is this same cover image with only a removal of the Samhain logo which I bought from them, so I own this image now. The only cover on ARCs that have gone out is the correct one without the Samhain logo in the corner. Hope that clarifies. Thanks.
