One Book, Multiple Issues

A couple of things to fix: the author is Paul Holmes; the title should read "The TRIALS of Dr. Coppolino;" and although Amazon only shows covers for the hardcover edition of this book, the paperback jacket is identical and should be added (I own it so I know):

We cannot use that cover, as it shows a hardcover edition with dustjacket (see the tear at the top).

I fixed the author name and title.

Does your paperback have an ISBN listed, and what does it say about the publication date and/or printing?

Also, who is the publisher? Amazon says New American Library (1968), but no ISBN, Amazon UK says Signet (no date) for this ISBN, and Goodreads has Penguin Group USA and 1960(!) for this ISBN.
