Daniel | 4 comments Does the plague referred to here have to be a real, historical plague (e.g. the Black Plague) or can it be a fictional plague?

Either, Daniel. You decide.

Might I recommend Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks Year of Wonders

Daniel | 4 comments That's good...thanks for the recommendation! I read the Scarlet Plague by Jack London as it could have gone in a number of other categories on my card...

Ann (annmazz) | 13 comments LOVED year of wonders! I would think The Stand by Steven King could count also!

Amanda | 2 comments Some other possibilities:
*Station Eleven, which is set in the aftermath of a plague
*Boccaccio's Decameron
*Camus, The Plague
*P.D. James, The Children of Men
*Michael Grant's Gone series contains a book called (and about) Plague; I think it's the fourth or fifth book in the series, though, so probably not ideal as a stand-alone
*Also in YA, Laurie Halse Anderson's Fever
