Wow! You got the steam circus??? I had a tough time visualizing this scene so thanks for filling it in.

Veronica  (readingonthefly) | 694 comments You're welcome, Jonetta. I actually thought Harris had made up the whole steam circus thing so I was very surprised to discover it actually happened, though a few years earlier. She did a good job of describing it.

That's cool, Tracey. I'm actually surprised at how unchanged some of the buildings are. For example, the Bow Street building looks exactly the same in today's pictures (not sure if it's used for the same purpose).
