Pooh Perplex Cover Mix-Up?

Regarding Pooh Perplex by Frederick C. Crews, the copy I own has no ISBN, but it *is* listed on GoodReads..... Paperback, Copyright 1963....this edition was published by E.P. Dutton and Co., Inc., in 1965, and has 150 pages.

I also found that one copy of Pooh Perplex in your files (ISBN 052547160X), which has a cover almost identical to the above (except for difference in price label), says it is published by "Plume". However, the cover says "A Dutton Paperback." Is this a mistake perhaps?
