Chapter books about hospitals for 3rd grader

My almost nine-year old is very interested in chapter books that deal with health/sickness/hospital type situations. I can remember eating up cheesy Lurlene McDaniel dramas as a kid, but she's not old enough for those yet. Anyone have other ideas? She's a great reader.
