Siocan Upon rereading the whole Felurian part I noticed that whenever she says Kvothes name it is written with a smaller case K. I do not believe this to be a coincidence but I also have no idea what it could signify.
Any ideas?

Kevin Well, I listened to the Audiobook so I didn't encounter this problem but In English, a capital letter in front of a Word Usually means that the word is a noun.

Nouns are usually given respect. Spelling Kvothe with a common letter signifies to me that the Felurian do not accord him any respect.

Which is what I got from reading the book. After all (view spoiler)
