Nola Sarina | 6 comments Hello! Please replace cover for book Jaded Touch Jaded Touch (Vesper, #2) by Nola Sarina with the photo I uploaded into the "Additional Photos" section. The book is re-releasing in June with the new cover featuring the correct subtitle "The Vesper Series Book Two" instead of "A Vesper Novella"

Z-squared | 8580 comments To all: Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers because users like to shelve virtual editions with covers that match the editions they physically own. Instead, we create alternate cover editions (ACEs), and you as the author ahve the ability to set the new cover as the default edition.

Re 1:

Twin Souls ACEs: (kindle) (ebook)

Hybrid ACEs: (kindle) (ebook)

Sacrifice ACEs: (kindle) (ebook)

Destiny ACEs: (kindle) (ebook)

To set the default edition, follow the instructions here:

Z-squared | 8580 comments re 3:

Can you provide the ASIN for the kindle edition and the ISBN13 for the paperback edition that will have the new cover? Or are you reissuing each with the old numbers?

message 7: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Johns (samantha_johns) Z-Squared,

Thanks for updating the cover!

How do we set the new cover as the default edition that people see when the search or otherwise look at the book? I still see the old one.

Z-squared | 8580 comments Samantha, follow the instructions here:

message 9: by Z-squared (new)

Z-squared | 8580 comments re 8: because the iSBNs for the 'kindle' edition is unique and valid, i did not delete it but instead changed it to ebook.

for the new cover, can you confirm which editions you will be reissuing with the new cover? the pb, the kindle, and/or both ebooks?

message 10: by Z-squared (new)

Z-squared | 8580 comments re 8, because the kindle ed is already up on amazon with the new cover, i made its alternate cover edition here:

And because the title of the pic of your new cover includes the ISBn13 of the pb edition, I made its ACE here:

Let me know if you need another ACE for either (or both) of the ebook editions.

To set any of the new covers as the default instructions, see the link message 9 above.

Liam Howley (liam_howley) | 6 comments Thanks Z-squared,

All of them. Kindle and epub's are now available with the new cover. I've just informed Nielsens and will be on to the printers in short order.

Not that it's important, but there's only three ISBN's for the book. The duplicate is a duplicate. But it's a detail. So not to worry.

message 12: by Z-squared (new)

Z-squared | 8580 comments re 12, yeah, that happens because kindle editions are often issued a separate ISBN, as well as an ASIN, that is never used anywhere else. At least, that's what i THINK happens. regardless, googling by the 'fake' isbn does bring up hits, so i left it.

here is the ebook ACE for the 'real' ebook ISBN:

Liam Howley (liam_howley) | 6 comments Cheers Z-squared. Appreciate it.

Liam Howley (liam_howley) | 6 comments Sorry, last detail.

Librarian's note: This is an alternate cover edition of ISBN13 9780992600822.

Any objections if I leave this inside the edit details folder? It kinda sits out like a sore thumb on the page.

message 15: by Z-squared (new)

Z-squared | 8580 comments I dunno. As a user, I like that info in the blurb so I can easily tell which edition I want to shelve, but I don't think there's a set policy. You could move it to the bottom of the blurb as a compromise. Or just ignore me and do as you like :) Just don't delete the librarian note in the yellow box on the edit page, whatever you do!
