I realized I hadn't picked a book for May. This author is one I have personally conversed with and find his research incredibly solid and insightful. This is his newest book and I'm thrilled to read it.

Linda How is this book going? I'm totally interested but my library doesn't have it yet. :( I've read a lot of articles and seen documentaries featuring Colin Campbell but I'm on the fence about his extreme dietary recommendations. Isn't it a vegan, fat-free, salt-free diet? We try to eat "whole" foods but I can't get my guys off of meat and dairy!

He is mainly vegan, but when you read his book you will see the benefits of it and maybe change some of what or how you eat. Like anything, do what works best for you, but be informed.

I'm no where done. This month has been crazy. I think all our book threads can be open to discussion at any time. When I'm done I will post. Hopefully others will too when they finish(at any time).
