Adding new addition question

When I apply for a a new book for ISN, I get 3 different ones as stated in our country. One for epub, mobi and pdf version each.
All three are exactly the same book.
Do I have to add all three versions?
If I, or one of my readers do, where will the reviews lie when they are posted to the different additions, and can I combine the three editions, as they are word for word the same book.
I normally publish mobi at amazon and the epub and pdf at smashwords.

If I should change the front cover of the book after a year for example and the mobi ISBN is added to my books, can I add the ISBN of the epub with the new cover and combine with the new cover edition as the default? Will th reviews show?

You will want to have all the "editions" (epub, mobi, pdf etc.) added to goodreads and they will be combined into one "work" or book, so all your reviews for that book will be together.

If you add more editions later they will also be added into the one book.
