Never mind .. It's for related groups. Please feel free to delete.

Randolph (us227381) | 2 comments I studied all the goodreads groups that have like 30,000 members and such and one thing they all had in common was a thread for trading recipes so I figured a way to boost membership here would be to do likewise. The group has been pretty dead for awhile and I like to eat. I'm dead set against games and death watch threads but recipes works for me.

If we get enough members then I can recruit a geeky cute woman and a good looking geeky guy (certainly not your's truly) and we can have a video podcast like Swords & Lasers.

I'm full of good ideas.

Then I do happen to have tons.

Things will perk up again when we're all reading Revenants.

Kirstin | 120 comments I love collecting recipes and read cookbooks like novels. I also like books that incorporate food and recipes into the story.

I have made food from the 'Feast of Ice and Fire' cookbook. Hmmm, maybe I've said too much. Anyways...like the idea of this thread. :)

Karl For those who have read Richard Adams 1972 novel Watership Down all I can say is Silflay Hraka.

Nancy Oakes (quinnsmom) | 121 comments I'm still reading The Complete John Thunstone by Manly Wade Wellman, and in "What Dreams May Come," he eats a lot of pub food.

Randolph (us227381) | 2 comments Thai green curry. Eggplant and bamboo shoots at least. Chicken or pork, either. Over sticky white rice. Anyone has a good recipe, leave it here.

See, I knew this would work even with my tongue in my cheek.

Do you cook your tongue before you place it in your cheek, or do you eat it raw?

The hotter the better, 11 on a 10-scale. I only like green curry this way. Yellow curry I dial down to about a 5.
