Veronica wrote: "Very excited for people to read this one and to get their thoughts on it." Agree Veronica! Really enjoyed this one!!
What I really love about this series read, aside from getting to see the reactions of newcomers to the books, is that it will carry me over right up until the release of the next book in March 2017. :-)
Veronica wrote: "That was fast, Phrynne! So glad you liked it!"That's because I jumped straight into it. I have been waiting a month to read it! And now there's another month to the next one:)
Great questions, Jonetta! This will be my third or fourth reread of this series and some of them concern things that I had never really thought about before. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind as I read it this time.
Some of the sights visited in this book, for those whose imagination is as challenged as mine.Almack's Assembly rooms (which will come up quite often in the series) - exterior and interior

You're welcome. I don't want to step on anyone's toes but I figure I can't be the only one who needs help to picture things. :-)
You'd NEVER be stepping on anyone's toes!!! In fact, you're always welcome to add discussion questions if there's something more you'd like to talk about. We're pretty open and friendly here:)
I love your pictures Veronica. Keep them coming!Just look at the way the paintings are hung in the Royal Academy. How could you enjoy just one picture in that chaos?
You're very welcome, ladies. I agree, Phrynne, it has a very dizzying effect. The story mentioned how the pictures were hung frame to frame but actually seeing it is something else. Is it still that way, I wonder. Anyone know firsthand?
Not first hand but this link shows things to be a bit more restrained nowadays:) Although it is all very colourful!!!https://www.royalacademy.org.uk/exhib...
