ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) (ilovebakedgoods) Revolving Colors Challenge
Duration: May 1 to July 31, 2014

This will be a repeating Quarterly Challenge. Each quarter, I will create a random list of 3 colors that I will post below. You can participate by doing one (or more) of the following:
1. Read a book with the color in the title
2. Read a book with a cover that is predominantly (at least 75% of the cover) one of the 3 colors
3. Do a spell-it-out with one of the colors, using the author's first or last name or the first word of the book title

*NOTE: Any shade of the color is acceptable: light or dark or tertiary. Use your imagination!

Example of a spell-it-out:
R - Nora Roberts - Dark Witch (author's last name starts with R)
E - Everybody Sees the Ants - A. S. King (title starts with E)
D - David Baldacci - Zero Day (author's first name starts with D)

THIS QUARTER'S COLOR LIST:
RED (lightest pink to darkest red/fuchsia)
BLUE (lightest to darkest, including aqua/turquoise)
GRAY/SILVER (is it gray? is it silver? it works!)

If you would like to volunteer to lead this challenge, let me know! It's easy!

Lanelle Opinions, please!
Is there enough gray on this cover to qualify for this challenge? Or is it too white?
Otherwise Engaged by Amanda Quick

ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) (ilovebakedgoods) I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to you! I never got a notification on this thread, grr. I think there's too much white on that one to count, sorry! It is a gorgeous cover, though.

message 17: by Lanelle (new)

Lanelle I thought there was too much white, but it didn't hurt to ask. Off to find a different book with lots of gray on the cover.

ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) (ilovebakedgoods) Great job, everyone, so far! Except me, haha! I don't think I've read anything that qualifies yet.
